Ellen Schulte

Ellen began her dance career at the age of 3 in Redfield, SD, at Johnny Cavelle Dance Studio. There, she realized dance would always be one of her largest and ever growing passions. Ellen has studied various styles of dance and earned a minor in Dance and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from South Dakota State University. Ellen moved to the Twin Cities area after graduating college and marrying Brian Schulte in June of 2014. In the summer of 2017, Ellen completed a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program, a wonderful compliment to her movement and teaching practices. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga and fitness, gardening, and spending time with her husband Brian, son Patrick, and dog Winston. Ellen is overjoyed to combine her love of dance and working with children as a part of the staff at Prairie School of Dance.
