Julia Boehm
Julia is so excited to return to Prairie School of Dance as a teacher! She began dancing at PSOD at the age of four, and the studio played an important role in her growth as both a dancer and a person.
During her years at PSOD, Julia served as an assistant dance teacher, performed in original productions includingPsalm 139andShe Said Yes, and attended Project Dance in New York City. In high school, she became captain of the Eden Prairie Dance Team, competed in Miss Dance Team Minnesota, and danced with KMD2 under Kaleena Miller.
Julia graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, with a degree in Marketing. While at Baylor, she served as a chaplain for the Baylor Dance Company and taught at a local dance studio. Her work with Chi Omega in Baylor’s competitive All-University Sing earned “Best Choreography,” and the group went on to take first place in 2025.
Julia married her husband, Ben, in July 2026, and is grateful to be starting their life together back in Minnesota. She looks forward to sharing her love of dance with the next generation and creating the same positive, encouraging environment that made PSOD so special to her!
