A dancer's nutrition has a direct impact on how their bodies will respond to them both in and out of the studio. This workshop will cover the basics of nutrition for dancers, including not only what needs to be eaten for optimal performance, but when to eat as well. We will also cover strategies for becoming involved in the shopping for and preparation of their food. Dancers will leave this workshop full of information and inspiration to make smart food choices so they can maximize their dancing potential!

Our new Wednesday Wellness Workshops for the 2022-2023 Dance Year are designed for dancers levels 3-8 looking to develop more tools to keep their mind, body, and spirit healthy to dance to their fullest potential, and more importantly, live a happy and healthy life!
